When I was a kid, my mom once apologized to my aunt for how assertive I was. My aunt replied, “She’s not bossy—she’s a leader.” That moment stuck with me. Years later, I would come to see how right she was—not because I craved authority, but because I loved helping people find alignment, direction, and confidence. Whether I’m leading a team, guiding a client, or mentoring a colleague, I’m always working to bring clarity to complexity and move others forward. I’m a bridge builder who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and systems. Over the course of my career, I’ve supported transformations across finance, operations, and technology—always gravitating toward roles that let me teach through action, listen with purpose, and help others succeed. From implementing systems and designing solutions to coaching teams and crafting enablement content, I’ve built my career on solving complex problems while empowering the people involved. I lead with structure, empathy, and a grounded approach inspired by Robert Greenleaf’s servant leadership philosophy and the kind of direct-yet-human communication modeled in Radical Candor. I’ve worked in SaaS, nonprofits, education, and healthcare—and I bring strategy, clarity, and care wherever I go.
