About Melissa Helphingstine

As a Department Manager approaching 20 years of experience, I believe that trust and reliability drive everything. I am fortunate to work with an emotionally intelligent and pragmatic team that values our clients' experiences as much as I do. Starting my career in landscape architecture, I combined my love for being outdoors with technical and civil design. This led me to a graduate environmental science program and a position at the IEPA that propelled my career; working through both public and private sectors on brownfield cleanups, green infrastructure design, and utility and state-wide energy efficiency programs. I hit my stride at Primera, establishing a PMO for a large capital infrastructure program, honing my organizational change management skills, and finding my newest passion - agile project management! I am currently building a business and data analytics consulting practice; looking to grow our client base, if you would like to know more, let's connect.
