With over 14 years of experience in equity administration, I am a certified equity professional (CEP) and head of global equity administration at Nike, Inc. In this role I oversee the equity plan administration, optimize processes for global equity compliance, and foster greater employee understanding of their equity benefits to drive retention and satisfaction. I manage relationships with our third-party equity vendors and provide guidance and support to our compliance, tax, finance, legal, DM, COE, and HR teams on equity-related matters. Previously, I was a senior manager of equity administration at Sysdig and Zendesk, a VP of corporate solutions at Morgan Stanley, and a stock plan team manager and Senior client service manager for strategic stock plan client relationships at Charles Schwab. In my tenure, I’ve leveraged my customer service, account management, and team management skills to deliver high-quality equity solutions to clients and employees, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. I am passionate about equity administration, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams to create value and impact for the organization and its stakeholders.
