I build ideas into tangible communications, design, events and project initiatives. Blending and leveraging my knowledge in branding, communications, social media, design and project management I have constructed effective strategies for a BC provincial association. I continue to be fascinated by how small details can create the largest of initiatives - and enjoy organizing and coordinating projects and events. With an analytic mind, I actively find ways to increase effectiveness- I have created strategic operational, communications, and social media guidelines and policies for a BC provincial association to better execute its communication & marketing plan- I have scheduled, managed, and coordinated the logistics of online and in-person events with budgets ranging from $500.00 Events include webinars, as well as large national conferences- With experience working in a non-profit environment, I have researched, compiled, and written successful proposals for projects ranging from and have supported proposals ranging from -$1.8M- Marketing and design skills through developing multiple promotional materials from web graphics to posters.
