About Melissa Leger

Some of the best moments in my personal and professional life have been when I followed my gut and my heart. Being in the business world, these specific skills are not spoken about often. Moving up the corporate ladder with a growing organization for the past 25 years, I developed more into a “thinker”, choosing to guide with my head before all else. Information was necessary and one could say I turned into a bit of a data geek. My interpersonal skills assist me in building strong relationships that can help hold a team together when experiencing change or turbulence. Being an empath or a highly sensitive individual, I am attune with people’s feelings, what they think, or what they need. I have the ability to place myself in other people’s shoes to understand what they are experiencing which helps me to connect with those around me. I have come to realize that I function better in a world where head, gut and heart are all part of the equation. I draw on my wisdom and knowledge which I have accumulated over the years of life and business experiences.
