About Melissa Lundgren.

I started my career working in the Property & Casualty Insurance field and then transitioned into recruiting. Like many people, insurance found me and provided an amazing career path that I am very thankful for. My passion for the insurance industry has come full circle now that I am a specialty insurance recruiter. I thoroughly enjoy assisting professionals with their job search and know that the industry is a great one to work in. I help our candidates navigate the employment waters without feeling pressured or obligated. I work very closely to not only understand your resume but also what position and what type of company you’ll be happy working for. I often equate job searching to trying on a pair of shoes, sometimes they fit perfectly, or you need some convincing to try them on. The most rewarding aspect of what I do has been to get to know the people we work with through the years and share their successes and stories. Allison Personnel has been in business since 1959 and has always specialized in recruiting for the insurance industry. Contrary to what some believe, we are not related to the previous owner and there was never an Allison employed here. There is however an interesting story behind our name.
