A well-rounded individual that completed her articles of clerkship at Ben Groot Attorneys inc. t/a GVS Law Firm, specialising in Commercial Law. During the course of her articles she undertook a variety of different tasks such as amending contractual agreements, analysing Lease Agreements, entering into settlement negotiations, court appearances for default and summary judgments as well as Section 65 notices. Researching different areas of law including but not limited to Labour and Commercial Law. Drafting Heads of Arguments as well as using dictation products. Graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Currently employed as a Legal Counsellor where I am engaging with different aspects of the law on a daily basis and offering para-legal services which includes but is not limited to Debt Review, Criminal proceedings, Property and Contractual Law. Driven, friendly, energetic and hardworking young lady continuously seeking to learn new things and gain experience in the field of law.
