About Melissa Morales

Melissa Morales serves as vice president of smart building customer operations for RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry. RealPage Smart Building business unit provides managed wi fi services, and smart access and smart device deployments via an integrated SaaS platform within the MDU space. In this role, Melissa is responsible for global customer operations including customer onboarding, engagement, product support and strategic partner relationships. Prior, she served as vice president of operations at WhiteSky Communications (a RealPage company), a leading provider of connectivity solutions for multifamily communities. Melissa joined the WhiteSky team through the acquisition of the multifamily assets of Boingo Wireless. In this role, Morales was responsible for the delivery of managed wireless services, including installation, operations, support, and security, to student housing and multifamily properties around the country. A dynamic leader, Morales has managed teams of more than 80 members and led wireless deployments at new brownfield and greenfield multifamily properties, having ownership of the full property lifecycle. Prior to WhiteSky, Morales was vice president of multifamily operations at Boingo Wireless and chief financial officer at AAMC-accredited HOA management firm Southern Community Services. Her career has also included roles at Elauwit Networks, Phillips Property Management and Cass Information Systems, providing operations, information technology and accounting management and support.
