About Melissa Mueller

With over two decades of experience in the real estate and marketing industries, I bring a deep-rooted passion for helping to create affordable, welcoming homes and vibrant multifamily communities. My connection to real estate spans generations; my great-grandfather, grandfather, and mother all worked in the industry, which has deeply influenced my career path. Currently, I serve as the Director of Marketing, Interior Design & Brand Experience at Sage Homes Northwest, where I lead the brand development, design execution, and marketing strategy for our growing portfolio of multifamily communities across Washington, Texas, and future markets. In this role, I work cross-functionally with construction, development, marketing agencies, property management, and asset management teams to ensure each community is delivered with a cohesive identity, operational readiness, and a successful lease-up strategy. From naming and signage to digital presence and interior selections, I oversee all aspects of community branding and resident experience. I began my career in a real estate office where I held various positions ranging from Marketing Assistant to Sales Manager, and I’ve since worked with respected companies such as Centex, WorldMark, DR Horton Pacific Ridge Division, and John L. Scott. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my expertise in sales and marketing tactics, successfully managing a pipeline of over 300 homes and building a reputation for creative thinking and execution. As a licensed real estate broker since 2005 in Washington State and since 2020 in Arizona, I am committed to developing cost-effective approaches that make homeownership more accessible and designing spaces that renters are proud to call home. I hold numerous certifications in real estate, marketing, and business, and I’m a passionate advocate for equal housing opportunities. I’ve lived in Washington State for most of my life, with a brief stint in Arizona, and I’m a proud mother of three young adults and a grandmother of one. Outside of work, I enjoy anything near the water, attending concerts, and cheering on my favorite teams at sporting events.
