I'm a current ER nurse and new grad Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. My path began with a degree in Telecommunications, but after pivoting into healthcare, I earned an accelerated BSN and spent 6 impactful years working in emergency medicine. Through that experience, I witnessed firsthand the slow, often avoidable decline of aging patients burdened by polypharmacy and reactive care. That sparked a mission in me: to be part of a more proactive, root-cause–oriented approach to health. I'm seeking opportunities—locally or via telehealth—where I can help people live longer, healthier lives through the lens of Medicine 3.0. Inspired by thinkers like Peter Attia, I believe in preventing the fall rather than catching the egg. That means supporting the microbiome, optimizing nutrition and supplementation, encouraging movement and exercise, balancing hormones, utilizing peptides, and building habits that promote true longevity. I’m especially passionate about helping not just aging adults, but also younger people tap into their most optimal capacity—mentally, physically, and metabolically—so they can thrive now and into the future.
