With over nine years of work experience in various roles related to quality, workforce management, and scheduling, I am passionate about delivering excellence and efficiency in every aspect of my work. As a Quality Analyst at AdventHealth, I evaluate the service and data integrity of assigned functional team processes and work products against defined standards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. I am also pursuing my MBA degree at Webster University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in business administration and management. I value teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the AdventHealth mission of providing compassionate and comprehensive health care to all.In my current role as a Quality Analyst, I use various tools and methods to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and quality of service delivery and data management across different functional teams. I also identify and escalate trends and repeated issues, and propose solutions to mitigate future problems. Some of the skills that I apply and enhance in this role include customer relationship management (CRM), human resources (HR), team building, problem-solving, communication, and data analysis. I enjoy working with a dedicated and supportive team of professionals who share my commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
