I’m an Occupational Therapist with a passion for integrating creativity, movement, and sensory-informed practice into meaningful, whole-person care. My approach blends traditional OT foundations with a warm, intuitive, and holistic lens—supporting functional skills, emotional regulation, and embodied confidence across the lifespan.I’m especially interested in the ways rhythm, movement, and sensory-motor engagement can open new pathways for learning, regulation, and healing. Whether I’m supporting a child in early development or guiding an adult through functional mobility and motor retraining, I focus on developmentally supportive, strengths-based interventions that help people feel more grounded, capable, and connected in their everyday lives.With clinical experience in pediatric home health, outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, school-based settings, and adult home health, I value meeting each person where they are and honoring the unique rhythm of their growth. I incorporate creative and expressive techniques, a variety of movement-based tools, and sensory strategies to promote confidence, resilience, and meaningful participation in daily routines.At the heart of my work is a belief in whole-person care: that each individual’s sensory, emotional, physical, and creative expression matters.
