In my over 20 years experience within the new home construction industry I have gained knowledge in many aspects of the building process from Sales, Estimating, Construction Administration and Warranty. I like to work in an established system and to ensure that a company’s information is organized and neat. I also very much enjoy working with customers, vendors and other people, especially in the building industry. I have very strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, CRM, Quickbooks and Newstar. Due to my work at Sterling Homes, I am very familiar with reports, datasheets and blueprints. Ability to handle many different responsibilities and follow through to completion through my diversified work experience. Flexibility to work within many systems and settings Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable interfacing with clients and all levels of company employees. This was a skill I enjoyed while working at Jayman Homes.
