About Melissa Roberts

Behind every successful sales team lies a dedicated individual passionate about enabling others to shine. That's where I thrive - in the background, fuelling the success of our Advisers and Sales Team by empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to excel. While I may not be the one in the spotlight, my enthusiasm for leveraging data and digital tools to enhance client interactions knows no bounds. What once seemed to be a long way from my comfort zone has become my passion - from researching the latest trends to implementing creative growth strategies that foster stronger connections and relationships.Even though I have introduced various digital tools to make our prospecting more effective, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator are my trusted companions. They’re not for my own endeavours, but for guiding our teams towards more effective reach outs and utilising social selling strategies. It's a joy to witness their growth and success as the team harness these tools to engage clients and prospects more meaningfully and build robust pipelines.
