About Melissa Rowe

I have nearly a decade of experience in education, admissions, and program management. Currently, I serve as Senior Admissions Officer and Director of Summer Camps & Auxiliary Programs. In admissions, I guide families through the application process, support student success, and help strengthen retention efforts. As Director of Summer Camps & Auxiliary Programs, I oversee the planning and execution of programs that provide meaningful experiences for students while creating important streams of revenue for the school. Earlier in my career, I completed a Special Care Counselling internship, where I worked closely with children with special needs and their families. In this role, I provided family therapy support, assisted with classroom behavior management, and intervened during crises to ensure student well-being. This experience gave me a strong foundation in student support, communication, and collaboration, which continues to guide my work today. I am a collaborative professional who values clear communication, teamwork, and building strong connections with students and families.
