Experienced financial services professional with 15+ years in credit risk, commercial and agricultural lending, and enterprise risk management. I specialize in building collaborative teams, leading organizational change, and developing strategies that promote sound governance and sustainable, member-focused growth. In my current role as Director of Credit Risk at Fusion Credit Union, I’ve helped shape a strong risk management culture—building out adjudication and recovery teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing strategies that significantly reduced delinquencies and strengthened our lending portfolio. As an MBA graduate and FCUIC Fellow, I’m deeply committed to values-based finance that supports people, communities, and local economies.
