I love to get people engaged. I love that stage where someone has moved from being aware or knowledgeable about a program, a tool, an institution or process - to truly being committed. Being "all in." How you get someone from awareness to engagement is a process. It's more of an art than a science. It's a recipe - one with no exact measurements - but one which includes frequent touchpoints, relationship-building, collaboration, problem-solving and trust.
