I am a Training Delivery and Instruction Design Professional with a passion for driving change through conciliation, training and relationship building. Demonstrating an innate ability to empower people to deliver outcomes using the right technology for the right outcome, I have been recognised by Management for interpreting business needs and aligning the most appropriate training solution to meet these needs. On a number of occasions my endeavours have been recognised, including Supervisor of the Year in the 2016 Annual Traineeship Awards and numerous acknowledgements via the Employee Innovation Awards. Also, having been invited to present at a number of Ark Conferences, I was honoured to be recognised as Top Presenter at the 2011 Canberra conference.
