I oversee various functions that help create a productive and compliant workplace. I manage recruitment and staffing, from posting job openings to interviewing and hiring the right candidates. Employee relations is also a big part of my role—I handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and work to foster a positive work environment. I ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and compliant with regulations, while also focusing on training and development to support employee growth. Developing and enforcing HR policies is another key responsibility, making sure we stay aligned with employment laws. I also manage performance evaluations, provide feedback, and handle performance improvement plans when needed. On top of that, I oversee HR administration, keeping employee records up to date, managing payroll, and ensuring our daily HR operations run smoothly.
