My experience includes: • 11 years managing sales teams in the real estate industry • Finding and guiding buyers through the new home design, selections, and construction process. • Hired, trained and inspired sales teams to meet & exceed sales targets • Increasing profit margins for the company from 15% to 20% by selling the value to the client • Create a safe environment for open communication which allows ideas to be heard and implemented • Marketing ideas and strategies that increased brand awareness and following by 100% • Increased sales by 300% in one year I have graduated from the University of Victoria (Public Relations), University of Calgary (Real Estate Development), the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (Business- Marketing), I learned by doing, Founding my own Sales + Marketing Coaching Business and spending many years working in and on other people's businesses.
