As a Human Resources professional, I get the opportunity to impact the behaviors and employee experience of the people around me. It’s an honor to spend time growing team members, building culture, and creating efficiencies that impact all levels of employees and leadership. I am an organized, detail obsessed, and creative professional with a passion for people, process, project management, and change management. I have over six years’ experience in Human Resources, building processes, leading projects and companywide initiatives to successful completion, while continuously driving the culture, mentoring peers, and creating innovative solutions to improve the business. Since I have been a Human Resources professional for my entire career, I have done everything from employee relations to onboarding, process and policy improvement to facilitating leadership summits, and basically everything in between. I take pride in my ability to build trust and work in an ambiguous environment. I truly love Human Resources, specifically People Operations, as it allows me to use my empathy, my insane attention to detail, and my love of project and change management to build a better company for all employees:) My positive attitude and "we'll figure it out" mindset has allowed me to become to go-to person for when my stakeholders and teammates need help, emotional support, or just someone to talk to. When I'm not herding cats to drive my multiple projects, I love spending my time at work focusing on team engagement and development initiatives, mentoring fellow project managers, building relationships with others throughout the organization, and digging into ways to improve the business. At my core, I have a passion for people, I am absolutely a people person, and truly enjoy getting to know the people I work with. Everyone has a story and I love learning about the experiences of those around me. I am always growing, always learning, and always ready for the next challenge. And since I have the space, I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself! I am a creative, bubbly, and caring professional who loves starting out the day sharing memes and dad jokes with my team. If we aren't having fun at work, then what is the point? To say I am always smiling and laughing is an understatement! I love traveling, singing, and finding the newest spot for craft beer.
