I advise and support professionals and businesses in all aspects of their dealings with UK and EU regulators and other agencies with regulatory enforcement powers across the legal, product compliance, biocidal and healthcare sections. I represent individuals, organisations and corporates providing advice on regulatory compliance, investigations, adjudication, enforcement and prosecutions. I help clients respond to regulatory investigations and interventions when the continued operation or reputation of the individual or the business is at stake. A real oomph moment was being named as Rising Star in the Legal 500 2021 List for Licensing Lawyers as part of my practise I can help you or your business with a variety of licensing issues, including applications, variations, and complying with licensing conditions.
