I am a Software Engineer passionate about building scalable, user-focused solutions that bridge the gap between technology, design, and data. Currently, at PreAct Technologies, I develop innovative frontend and backend features, integrate APIs, and manage serverless infrastructure to deliver impactful applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With a BS in Biology from Virginia Tech, a BA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Full Stack Web Development Certificate from the University of Washington, I bring a unique perspective to problem-solving. My background in art and science fuels my curiosity and enables me to approach challenges creatively, balancing functionality with intuitive design. I thrive in cross-functional teams, value collaboration and feedback, and believe that asking questions and sharing ideas are vital to continuous growth. I’m especially passionate about crafting user experiences, leveraging modern technologies like React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS, and solving complex problems with clean, maintainable code. For me, being new to something is a superpower—it drives me to ask questions, explore diverse perspectives, and innovate in ways others might not.
