About Melissa Wolf

With over 13 years dedicated to fostering psychological resilience and well-being, my journey has led me to found Balance Health and Wellness, where I am committed to coaching individuals towards exceptional life and career outcomes without compromising their health. My expertise lies in school psychology. At Balance Health and Wellness, our mission resonates with my personal values of holistic health and the importance of nurturing the mind-body connection, aiming to bring a diverse perspective to personal development. My role as a School Psychologist with the State of Delaware encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that include psychological evaluations, behavior and academic intervention planning, and mental health advocacy. Leveraging skills in school psychology and early intervention, my work not only supports students but also empowers educational staff with strategies for effective behavior management and academic support. Implementing programs like the Adolescent Depression Awareness Program at the high school level is a testament to my dedication to mental health awareness and the impact of my efforts across various educational stages.
