Hello, I'm Melissa Young, a Portfolio Manager with project management experience in the domestic and international Engineering and Construction industry as well as operational leadership across multiple industries. I bring a unique blend of technical and field knowledge that provides for well-rounded management. I am a subject matter expert on workflow execution for both established and start-up endeavors. I have established and coordinated critical requirements for start-up teams. One of my many strengths is driving field efficiencies through developing and tracking relevant KPIs. This allows for integral and streamline communication across project disciplines. My earliest accomplishment is tied to training field personnel on new technologies. My experience in the project lifecycle is widespread including field engineering, project start up, and negotiating and managing vendor contracts and schedules. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering as well as a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and a Masters in Project Management.
