Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical leader with 15+ years of experience across healthcare and behavioral health settings, specializing in clinical supervision, program development, and systems-level practice.I currently work full time as an LCSW in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), where I provide psychosocial care to medically complex patients and their families while serving as a clinical resource to interdisciplinary teams. My role includes complex case consultation, crisis intervention, care coordination, and advocacy, with a focus on quality outcomes, patient safety, and continuity of care.In addition to direct clinical care, I contribute to organizational leadership and workforce development by designing and delivering staff education, supporting policy development, and advancing best practices for patients with substance use disorders. My work emphasizes ethical care delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.I am an active member of multiple hospital committees, including the Workplace Violence Committee, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Committee, and Ethics Committee, where I collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to address staff safety, ethical decision-making, and system-wide clinical improvement.Alongside my hospital role, I provide contract LCSW clinical supervision to social workers pursuing independent licensure.
