About Melody C.

I’m an Administrative Manager with over 10 years of experience supporting executive teams in multicultural, fast-paced environments. I specialize in creating solutions that empower leadership teams, elevate team performance, and foster strong organizational culture. I am passionate about shaping workplaces where people thrive, driving business growth through employee motivation, strategic planning, and team collaboration.I love building structure where it’s needed, whether that’s coordinating complex international schedules, improving internal processes, or bringing people together through meaningful events and team initiatives. My strength lies in combining operational support with positive culture-building, because I believe great results happen when people feel valued, aligned, and motivated.Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in children’s education, animal welfare, and environmental protection. I also have a long-standing passion for coffee, with over a decade of experience in cupping, quality control, and traceability; and I’m currently expanding my knowledge into the world of oenology.
