Melody is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate, asset management, finance, and business development. As Managing Partner at RFA Capital, she leads strategy, integration, and growth across complex, high-value portfolios while actively managing the firm’s overall growth and long-term vision. In September 2025, RFA Capital agreed to combine with Artis to form RFA Financial, a diversified financial services company. Upon close, the companies will combine to form RFA Financial with Melody appointed Chief Operating Officer. As COO of RFA Financial, Melody will oversee operations for RFA Financial and its subsidiaries, RFA Bank of Canada, RFA Mortgage Corporation, RFA Asset Management, TM Investments, and Five Continents Holdings Ltd. Melody has held senior roles at global institutions, including General Electric, Standard Life Investments, and Manulife, delivering performance through operational excellence, strategic execution, and stakeholder alignment. Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and high-impact leadership, Melody thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments. She serves on the Board of the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation and holds an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
