22 years working experience as a professional specialist in Training and development of open pit mining, field works Mining Operations Supervising mine trainer's including operating heavy equipment and training the locals as well. also, Supervising Expat Mining Operators on OEM's, EPCM’s, Civil Construction & Mining Contractors. have vast mining operational experience & I work hard to assist finding the right people for their organization to grow and productive in a safe manner follow all the Mining operating procedures on Machinery i.e. Dump trucks (445E, 630E dresser, 730E, 830E Komatsu, 789B, 793C cat, Bell & Terex TR 100, dump trucks, dozers, motor graders, & excavators Liebherr 92/9350, 966 Komatsu Electrical Liebherr Shovel, Cat 6030 Excavators /Shovels, in the Open-pit mines has given me valuable knowledge and skills in safety & training development in open-pit mining operations on large-scale mineral extraction systems, utilizing highly mechanized mining techniques and equipment. With my experience in the mines, I have successfully played a key role in open-pit supervisory including training & development programs, planning of Training schedules and to ensure safety is adhered to. Training projects & refresher courses on simulation of excavators, auxiliary equipment using sound computer Training principles. My computer skills include Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point. Including Track WENCO dispatch computer technology system, in compliance with mines and minerals safety and environmental requirements.
