Over the past 20 years I have learned, grown with, & navigated the Aerospace world performing various Quality functions in several diverse environments. Quality has been a constant theme in my training & career path as even starting back with graduating from Tec Voc High School with a Drafting Diploma & then achieving my CGSB Level II in LPI & MPI seemed to help set the stage & open new opportunities always involving Quality. With the desire to always improve myself and continue learning I returned to school for evenings & after hours through the University of Manitoba to obtain my CIM designation and certificate (May 2016). These years dedicated to Quality have instilled in me a strong understanding and appreciation of Requirements, Regulations, Integrity, Teamwork and of course, dealing with real-world situations.
