Lead due diligence and takeover teams for new acquisitions. Inspect properties through scheduled and unscheduled visits to assure file compliance, leasing procedures, marketability, curb appeal, and deferred maintenance is sustained. Facilitated training of other site managers and staff in daily business operations and budget/business plan development. Assisted with due diligence for new acquisitions. Trained staff in business practices and Yardi for immediate operations. Proficient in Yardi as a Database Manager, Implementation and Integration Specialist and System Administrator. Experienced in Yardi Enterprise and Voyager, Real Page, Yieldstar, Entrata, and Revenue Management Software. CAM certified in 2010 and CAPS certified in 2017.
