About Meltem Koca

More than 20 years of in experience in project management of ICT projects in education. Under the scope of her projects and assignments I was responsible for;(i) carrying out and coordinating the planning work;(ii) preparing Instructional design of the preparing a training plan;(iv) managing the initial implementation, development and continued life cycle of all application assigned LMS currently;(v) consulting to create of interface and instructional design of the portal. • Proven professional working experience in instructional design, technology usage in education, ICT usage of teacher, teacher training, technology enrichment project based learning, technology and Skill Based curriculum, ICT integration in curriculum. I was responsible for;(i) developing Instructional Design, Learning Management System and Content Management System;(ii) In-service training of teachers for ICT integration in using ICT for teaching and designing and developing learning portal for teacher training that included learning object training, lesson activity plan, teacher professional development. • Over 8 years experience on preparation of on-line training courses and providing training. I was responsible for;(i) preparing on-line training courses and providing trainings about these on-line courses;(ii) designing and developing learning objects for some concept in curriculum; • Solid experience to manage the initial implementation, development and continued life cycle of all applications assigned Moodle currently. • Highly developed organizational skills: goal setting and achieving; leading complex multidisciplinary projects; preparing project documentation and reports; high level of work standards and responsibility; maintaining team member motivation continuity, multi-tasking, advanced presentation skills, detailed reports writing on advanced level.
