About Melusi Shezi

Dedicated and experienced Bachelor of Education Teacher with a passion for teaching and mentoring. I began my teaching journey in 2018 after obtaining my teaching qualification in 2017. However, my passion for education started early as I actively engaged in teaching and tutoring while still in high school, even instructing students in higher grades. This early experience sparked my enthusiasm for helping others learn. Throughout my career, I have taught a diverse range of learners, including adults and fellow educators, providing valuable knowledge and guidance. I take pride in my ability to train and mentor new teachers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development, particularly within my department. Since 2018, I have also taken on the role of Head of Robotics Coach, leading and inspiring learners to excel in robotics competitions. Guiding them from district-level events to international competitions, I have fostered a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence. My coaching expertise has yielded remarkable results, with learners achieving success on national and international platforms. With a strong foundation in education and a proven track record of mentoring, teaching, and leading robotics teams, I am committed to nurturing young minds, fostering their academic growth, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
