Currently, I serve as a Project Manager with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, where I oversee Title I grant-funded educational programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines. I lead cross-functional planning, monitor spending, analyze academic data-all with the goal of advancing student outcomes and equitable education. My background also includes serving as a Data Specialist, where I was responsible for managing critical student data across public, charter, and parochial schools. In addition, I’ve built years of hands-on experience with community-focused organizations like BREC, where I continue to support recreational programming and facility operations. I’m passionate about using data and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement in public education, and I thrive in roles that require collaboration, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
