I work in the trenches. I don’t just creative direct, I create. I sit with my teams and tackle the daily jobs, the battles, the pitches, the long lunches, the late nights. I word with the writers. I move things around with the art directors. I jam with the sound guys. I write for film. I direct for film. I talk insights with planners. Over the years, I’m notably proud of the numerous appreciation letters I’ve received from clients for creative consistency. I’m thrilled to have won India’s first Spikes Grand Prix for Music and for helping my previous agency score a Spikes Independent Indian Agency spot, another first for India. Old school, new school, advertising, unadvertising, content, context, digital, analog - I’m the missing link. I don’t discourage. I course correct and inspire.
