Resiliency Service Expert I am an experienced professional with a strong background in Disaster Recovery (DR) Cyber Recovery (CR) and Resiliency Services. Throughout my career, I have successfully directed and coordinated all DR activities, including critical systems recovery, for global organizations. My expertise lies in leading business continuity teams and providing support in various technical domains such as Mainframe, Storage, Midrange, Windows, Unix, and Network. One of my key responsibilities has been to conduct DR/CR exercises based on contractual agreements and documentation. By doing so, I ensure that the organization is well-prepared to handle any potential disasters and minimize downtime. Additionally, I have developed and published IT DR & CR Policy and Standards documents, which serve as guidelines for the organization's Resiliency practices. In line with my commitment to disaster recovery, I have also developed and implemented comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), Cyber Recovery Plans (CRPs) for the entire life cycle. These plans encompass various aspects of DR, from initial preparedness to recovery and restoration. Compliance is a crucial aspect of DR, and I prioritize ensuring compliance with business and project management controls. This involves working closely with the Business Continuity Management team and key stakeholders to test existing and new IT services. By aligning with the organization's overall strategy, I contribute to the overall resilience and preparedness of the company.
