I am a highly dedicated and professional IT Manager that has extensive experience in designing, creating and maintaining the company’s IT services. While leading the technical IT team, I strived to develop a reliable IT service and improve the organization's existing IT service infrastructure. Throughout my extensive working career I have provided proper and reliable IT services to Paladin Energy Ltd, MAPWA Pty Ltd, Partner Australia Pty Ltd, Dell Software Group, Teleplan International, Bose, WD Intel’s internal customers – R&D, manufacturing, retail stores and office users. I am confident in managing IT services for small, medium and corporate enterprises. I have excellent knowledge in IT service delivery and infrastructure design/support, focusing on determining and meeting customers' needs, planning new services, and updating existing ones in line with the best practices of project management, including cost and schedule estimation and risk analysis. My IT experience gives me a unique ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes. Some of the business process knowledge includes ITIL & IT Infrastructure/platform services. In addition, I have experience in managing data centre operations in 4 multinational companies, my 20+ years tenure in these 3 companies have equipped me with extensive work experience and extensive know-how in managing data centre. I have excellent knowledge in building and maintaining data centre for greenfield projects, implementing facilities in data centres according to industrial standard and best practices. I am a quick learner for all new challenges, confident in establishing and maintaining a rapport with colleagues, clients, executives, key stakeholders and management teams. Since successfully undertaking my career path, I have had experience in working and liaising with a broad range of people at varying levels in various countries (Japan, Vietnam, PRC, America, Australia, India, Israel, Mexico, Costa Rica).
