I have successfully executed a variety of projects to combat poverty, facilitate humanitarian assistance; uphold fundamental principles of Human Rights, promote peace and sustainable development locally and globally. As a Human Rights Specialist, I have accomplished significant impact in communities by inspiring and empowering others, establishing synergy, meaningful relationships and partnerships. Being an active human rights and gender advocate, I promote strong principles of non-discrimination, inclusion, gender equity and equality by denouncing repression, oppression, and violence. While demonstrating excellent interpersonal, influential, and leadership skills, I work with communities and institutions to embrace a culture of non-violence and innovation to fight against poverty; promote justice, improve on detention conditions and empower youth. During my unique professional and social journey while working with diverse multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders; I have progressively acquired immense adaptability and dynamic leadership skills that allow me to influence individuals and teams to produce excellent results. In addition to my skills as a leader and network builder my exposure to managing budgets and a diverse range of projects that focus on access to Justice, women’s empowerment, poverty alleviation, community empowerment, juvenile justice, socio-reinsertion programs for prisoners and Humanitarian aid have been instrumental in the accomplishment of organizational and professional goals.
