About Melwin Lee

I am a delivery manager with over 18 years’ experience in the IT industry. With a solid background in IT Professional Services and Consulting, I have worked across a number of industries including banking and finance, utilities, telecommunications, government, energy and transport. In recent years, I have been involved in program management roles, with account management responsibilities, that have included successful delivery of large programs of IT projects. These have ranged from small, million-dollar projects, to multi-million dollar programs of work. My experience is drawn from a foundation of roles across the SDLC, throughout my years as a consultant delivering application development and service delivery. These roles have included project/program management, business analysis, data analysis, programming and devops. My personal strength lies in my strong work ethic and attention to detail. I strive to put the customer first, by focusing on outcomes and applying a pragmatic approach. I take pride in maintaining a high level of professional integrity in my work and building strong relationships with all stakeholders that I interact with.
