I communicate with people from all walks of life that have one thing in common, needing a job. People are my passion, which led me to Human Resources. Helping those people navigate the hiring process, have a stellar experience from interview to hire and watch their career flourish is what talent acquisition allows me to do. Communication and people carry through the other part of my life which is co-owning a retail business with my husband. Do you enjoy shopping for unique gifts and clothing? Then you may want to shop The Flannel Fox located in Wauwatosa, WI or at Follow us on social media @flannelfoxtosa to learn about current, new and future products we carry that bring a touch of the Northwoods to the city. I love being a small business owner navigating and finding the best solutions for the business and brining the best products and service to our customers. I started out in Fashion Design moving to NYC building a dream for myself and learned valuable life lessons, new passions and a different, meaningful path taking me on a wonderful journey. Throughout my time I have become a dynamic, proven performer with exceptional communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. My excitement for people and their development has laid the foundation in the recruiting and selection processes along with training & development to increase performance. I utilize relationship building to not only help companies attract, retain and develop a high-quality workforce, but also create and maintain a wonderful small business in my community.
