I’m a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare leadership, and health IT. My career has been defined by a passion for improving patient outcomes, streamlining processes, and bridging the gap between clinical practice and technology.Currently, I am a Clinical Application Specialist at Prista Corporation, where I support the implementation of ActionCue CI in healthcare organizations across the US. I provide hands-on training, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure the platform drives real improvements in quality and risk management.Before this, I spent nearly a decade at Excelsior Springs Hospital, most recently as Director of Quality and Risk Management. I led regulatory compliance efforts, chaired multiple performance improvement committees, and oversaw quality programs like MIPS, PI, and MBQIP. My work helped shape a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in long-term care and outpatient nursing, and I spent several years at Cerner Corporation managing wellness programs and collaborating with IT teams to enhance population health tools.
