About Mendy Caldwell

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Qurate Retail Group, I have over nine years of experience in sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring top candidates for various roles and departments. I leverage online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, and ATS, to identify and attract qualified applicants who fit the company's culture and values. I also participate in selection processes, such as interviews, assessment centers, and job simulations, and provide regular and timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. I am passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. I have strong customer service and management skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. I am always looking for ways to improve the recruiting and selection processes, as well as other HR processes, by working actively on projects and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of Qurate Retail Group by finding and hiring the best talent for the organization.
