About Meng Tay

I am a healthcare professional with over 11 years of experience. Beginning as a Podiatrist after completing a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Podiatric Practice in 2013. My time in clinical practice gave me first-hand insight into patient care, multidisciplinary teamwork and the operational challenges of delivering quality health services.I have since transitioned into a broader systems-level role and now work as a Contracts and Performance Manager at Country SA Primary Health Network (PHN), where I oversee the performance and compliance of commissioned health services. This role allows me to bring together my clinical experience with strategic planning, contract management and data interpretation to improve outcomes for both providers and communities.Currently, I am expanding my capabilities through postgraduate studies in both the Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Adelaide and the Master of Analytics at UNSW. These programs are sharpening my skills in leadership, health systems strategy, data-driven decision-making and organisational improvement.I’m passionate about integrating clinical insights with strategic thinking to deliver more effective, accountable and patient-centred services. I enjoy working at the intersection of health, data and systems. I am always open to collaborating with others who are driving innovation in healthcare.
