About Menzi Dlamini

As a clinical team lead at Right to Care, I oversee the delivery of quality voluntery medical male circumcision. I also coordinate and mentor a team of clinical, nurses, data clerks and demand creation officers ensuring service delivery.Before joining Right to Care, I worked as a clinical associate at the Department of Health for six years, providing medical care to patients of all ages in various settings, such as outpatient, inpatient, centre for disease control, and clinic outreach. I diagnosed, managed, and referred patients, and performed minor procedures including medical male circumcisions. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health and I am proficient in department of health policies, monitoring and evaluation, and quality improvement in health, as evidenced by my certifications from AQuaH Training School. I am also a creative and versatile photographer and filmmaker, with a keen interest in documenting and sharing stories of social impact and change.
