About Meredith Bernstein

Meredith Bernstein is a Senior Consultant in EY’s People Consulting practice, based in New York City. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in English Literature. With approximately three years of experience in change management consulting, Meredith specializes in large-scale business transformations through strategic stakeholder engagement, change impacts & business readiness, communications, and learning. She has worked across multiple sectors, including Consumer, Financial Services, and Industrial Products, to support the smooth implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Meredith is also an active member of the EY People Consulting Life Sciences Community of Interest (COI), where she leads the planning and execution of quarterly COI calls with PPMD (Partners, Principles, Managing Directors) leaders from the sector. Her educational background in human-centered work, combined with her passion for collaboration, enables her to work effectively with her team members to solve complex problems and build a better working world.
