About Meredith Cale

I am a senior Program and Project Manager with over fifteen years experience in complex ICT Project and Program Management, Strategy and Policy. I have successfully taken seven projects with a combined value of $1.5bn+ through departmental and government approval processes over the last several years. I assumed control of two of those projects at the point of failure and got them “back on track” to deliver approvals on time and within budget. As program and project manager, I work predominately in complex, multi-million dollar projects. I provide management and oversight of deliverables through a diverse group of vendors, strategic partners, business stakeholders and ICT suppliers. I have interests in emerging technologies, social applications and implications of technology and strategic planning and reporting. I passionately believe that people are the backbone of any organisation; a successful manager is as invested in their team as their deliverables. I also believe that transparency and accountability drive the strongest results. I’m proud to represent the Perinatal Wellbeing Centre as the President of their Board of Directors. Outside work, I can be found wrangling my sevenyear old, playing with the dog and admiring the mess in my craft room.
