I’m an Office Manager in logistics who thrives in the middle of chaos — but not just to keep the wheels turning. My focus is on people, culture, and growth. I’ve led teams through tough deadlines, shifting priorities, and the endless fires that come with logistics. And along the way, I’ve learned something simple: Surviving is not thriving. Whether I’m managing payroll, ensuring compliance, or coaching a team member into their next stage of growth, I look for ways to build an environment where people thrive. Because when people thrive, so does the business — productivity, retention, and culture are all downstream from engaged, supported teams. I bring: 13+ years of cross-functional experience in logistics, HR, and accounting. A proven track record leading and developing teams (from CSRs, Imports, to Accounting). Strength in problem-solving, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt), and keeping calm under pressure. A dry sense of humor and a belief that work should be challenging and human. Outside of work, I spend way too much time researching fishkeeping (yes, aquariums). It turns out the same principles apply: attention, care, and the right environment make all the difference.
