About Meredith Grace

Meredith’s mission to evolve, grow, build business and relationships began as a young child at home. Her entrepreneurial father instilled the message, “always do the right thing” when it came to anything in life. From her education and degree in Entrepreneurship Studies with a focus on digital content marketing to becoming one of the few in her graduating class to become a business owner, she launched her own creative agency, became the Managing Director for an NYC sponsored equity research firm, and was awarded 1st place at the Ben Franklin Techcelerator for her partnership in an innovative podcast Saas platform. This podcast platform lead her down the podcast industry path, meeting her business partner Erik Cabral of On Air Brands and now leading a team of highly motivated creators and leaders as Chief Operations Officer. Her mindset, work ethic, insight, business philosophies, and management style have helped to triple annual revenue during her first six months in the business. Meredith has unlocked the door to new opportunities, allowed the team to expand beyond their expectations, and truly inspired everyone to join her and the company’s mission, to “Make the World a Better, One Mic at a Time”.
