About Meredith Hill

I entered the workforce at 17 and learned very quickly the importance of customer service. Every day I strive to give customers the best experience they can get when they come to my places of employment. In the custom frame shop I take the customer's needs and personal design interests in mind when framing their artwork and heirlooms so the finished product will fit right into their lives from the minute it comes home. When assembling their pieces into a frame I pay high attention to detail and carefully inspect every step of my work as I go to ensure the artwork is protected and safe and to make sure the customer is happy with the final product the first time they come to pick it up so they don't have to waste their time to come back after it has been reworked. My customers expect perfection the first time, on time, and I do everything I can to meet that expectation. I have customers come from all over the valley to my frame shop specifically because they know with me they are in good hands.
