Howdy! My name is Meredith Kleimann. I am a senior at Texas A&M University pursuing an Industrial Distribution major and a Business minor. This degrees provides me with adept verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills and analytical problem solving capabilities. I interned at Union Pacific as a Field Transportation Intern this previous summer. I, with the help of associates, produced solutions to optimize crew transportation and analyzed problems with a recently launched technology to improve user and customer experience. I was able to do this with my skills of analytical thinking, effective communication and technical background. Also, I am involved in the Professional Society for Industrial Distribution, Sigma Delta and St. Mary’s Youth Retreat Team. In my free time I enjoy playing sports, hiking, and volunteering at the local animal shelter. I am passionate about helping people and expects to do so by solving customer problems and optimizing processes for a more enjoyable experience for all. I know I can be a valuable asset and great addition to your team!
